When you need to venture back into town, there is a grocery store, gas station, and a few local eateries within a five minute drive. The nearby town of Skowhegan offers everything from small locally-owned shops to big box stores. While there is no direct driveway access to the camp at the moment, it can be easily accessed by boat from the public boat launch, via an existing 800' trail suitable for foot traffic or a side-by-side from the camp road or there is the option to put in a driveway where the property has frontage on the West Shore Road. **Note: The current walking path crosses another property via easement and would not be the location for the potential future driveway.**
