We got a GREAT price! I inherited a house, and was stunned like a deer in bright lights. OMG! What do I do! Where do I start?! Lori Dube guided me through the sales experience like a champ! Lori gets 5 stars. If I could give her 10, I would do that. She worked with us selling a lakefront property near Augusta, Maine over the past two years. The process took longer than she or we had hoped due to discovering a couple of problems with the house that needed fixing that we had to complete before putting on the market. In addition, interest rates went up, slowing the market. Lori stuck with us through it all and helped us sell the property for our asking price. She also went above and beyond for us in an extraordinary way. We first contacted Sprague and Curtis a few years ago to assess the value of our property. One of her colleagues came and gave us good advice about improvements that would enhance the house. Not long after, there was a major storm (2017) after we had closed up for the winter and gone home to Maryland. I was worried about the house and asked her colleague if he could just check on the house, He didn't have to do that, but he did, and he discovered that a huge tree had fallen on the house. I flew up and dealt with it, but I kept his name. When we were ready to sell, we called Sprague and Curtis and met Lori. She was great. She was always there, always responsive to our many questions. Her advice was always on target and valuable. In addition she made trips to the house when we could not come to Maine ourselves to check on it after storms, turn the heat on or off when we were worried about freezing pipes etc. She represented us at the closing so we didn't have to fly to Maine to do that. You get the idea. If you need a realtor to buy or sell, don't go anywhere else. Call Lori.

A friend, who had recently sold her home in Augusta through Sprague & Curtis, gave us Lori Dube's name as someone to contact when we were getting ready to sell the family home. we initially met with Lori in late-November to go over what we needed to do. Lori advised us on what furniture to leave to show room size, gave us names /numbers of companies who could help with the cleanout, and organizations that take donations (furniture, housewares, etc.). We spent December cleaning everything out and in mid-January the house was listed on the Sprague & Curtis website (and other real estate websites). by the end of March we closed on the sale. We were very pleased with Lori's professionalism, how she explained things to us, and her advice on pricing, offers, counter-offers everything. We would definitely contact Lori with any other real estate needs we may have in the future, and I highly recommend anyone to contact her.
